The process of the car\u2019s lease:<\/strong><br \/>\nSend the reservation through the way you wish (by telephone, via Fax, E-mail or filling in the reservation\u2019s form at the web site on line reservations).<br \/>\nConfirmation of it given by the reservation\u2019s center of\u00a0 TSALIS RENTALS Company<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>B. Presuppositions of the lease:<\/strong><br \/>\nDriver\u2019s age 23 years and over.<br \/>\nDriving license, Greek, of E.U. state-member or international, which must have been issued at least one year ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>C. Main Terms of the lease :<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum lease time 24 hours.<br \/>\nThe lessee is charged with fuel\u2019s cost and any fines by traffic offences.<br \/>\nThe car can be rented only for legal uses.<br \/>\nThe lease is valid within the boundaries of the Greek State. The lessee can\u2019t drive out of Lesvos island, without the company\u2019s documented permission.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>D. Insurance:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe cars are insured for thind part. Whether the customer wish to obtain insurance he can obtain full collision protection by by puschasing collision damage waiver, and pay the relative amount according to the cars category. The customer will be responsible for damage up to 500 \u20ac. The insurance covers the whole value of the car.<br \/>\nThe insurance doesn\u2019t cover damages caused by driver being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<br \/>\nAlso damages are not covered when caused by the car\u2019s movement on not asphalt paved roads, taking part in car races or other illegal activities. Damages in the internal, at the lower part of the car and at the tyres aren\u2019t covered by any insurance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"su-column su-column-size-1-2\"><div class=\"su-column-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>E. Delivery and Receipt:<\/strong><br \/>\nTSALIS RENTALS Company delivers and receives cars from\/at the airport and the harbor of Mytilene, hotels (in the towns of Mytilene, Vatera, Molyvos) without any additional charge of the lessee during the company working-hours ( 7:00-23:00).<br \/>\nFor delivery or receipt out of the above working hours, there\u2019s additional charge for the lessee after relative agreement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>F. Accessories:<\/strong><br \/>\nChildren\u2019s seats are only available after the reservation and with an additional charge of 2 \u20ac per day of lease.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>G. Lease Prolongation:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe lessee can prolong its lease after the in time updating of the company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>H. Fellow-driver and Passengers:<\/strong><br \/>\nNo additional charge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>I. Car maintenance:<\/strong><br \/>\nEvery car is delivered to the lessee maintained, checked and able for use of 5,000Km without the need of regular maintenance.<br \/>\nIn the case of long-termed lease and if maintenance has been previously scheduled, TSALIS RENTALS Company replaces the vehicle and delivers a new one at the place the lessee stays (house, office, hotel) without any additional charge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>J. Cars\u2019 Replacement:<\/strong><br \/>\nTSALIS RENTALS Company replaces without any additional charge and independently on lessee\u2019s responsibility or not &#8211; immobilized vehicle because of breakdown with the exemption of the following cases: immobilized car by Traffic Police because of traffic offence or dangerous driving.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A.
